Spare Room is a platform for sharing ideas and resources in Pittsburgh, PA. We are artists using our own homes to host exhibitions, events and informal residencies.
Spare Room invites artists who do performance, installation and/or public intervention to apply for residencies in the spring and summer of 2008.
Spare Room offers accommodation in the home of the hosting artists, work/exhibition space, a bicycle for local transportation, and opportunities to meet and collaborate with other artists.
To apply, complete the application form below and send, along with artist statement, resume and documentation. Documentation should include digital images, accompanied by a description of the work, or a url.
