I could identify with what she was saying, as I&#039;ve certainly experienced cliquish-ness at conferences, and on the whole feel that WAM is better in this area for me than others. I also appreciated her comments on language and how that played a part in what  happened and how things were perceived. I have more to say on this but I&#039;m not ready to go there yet.</description>
